Pecan&Praline no churn Icecream
Recipe
Ingredients
Fresh/heavy/whipping cream-1cup
Condensed milk-1/2cup
Vanilla essence-1tsp
Praline
Pecans-2tbsp crushed
Brown/white sugar-1tbsp
Butter-1tsp
Cinnamon powder-a pinch
Caramel sauce
Brown/white sugar-1/4cup
Butter-1tbsp
Heavy cream-1tbsp
Method
Praline
Mix crushed pecans sugar butter and cinnamon and heat in low flame in a pan till it caramelises but take care not to burn.
Caramel sauce
Heat sugar till it caramelises add butter and cream and switch off and mix well.
(I went ahead and heated little of the sauce a bit more to make hard caramel to crush and top on icecream).
Icecream
Beat cream with essence till stiff peak forms.Add condensed milk and beat till combined.
Fold in the caramelised pecans and a little caramel sauce.
I sprinkled crushed hard caramel on top too.
Freeze for minimum 3 hours.
Serve with caramel sauce drizzled on top.
The yummiest pecan and praline ice cream is ready.
