Sabudana/Sago Vada

Ingredients
Sabudana/sago-1/2 cup
Potato boiled and mashed-one small sized
Cumin seeds-1/2tsp
Green Chilly-1 chopped
Pinch of baking soda
Salt to taste
Roasted peanut powder-4 tbsps
Method
Soak sabudana/sago for an hour in water and keep it drained for 5 to 6 hours.After 6 hours add boiled mashed potato roasted peanut powder green chilly cumin seeds salt and baking soda and mix well.
Heat oil in pan.Make lemon sized balls and flatten it greasing your palms with water.
Start frying them in hot oil.Flip sides till golden brown.
Your delicious crispy sabudana/sago vada is ready...
It goes great with mint or tomato chutney or sauce.
