Tuttifruti&nuts Cake

Ingredients
All purpose flour-1 1/2 cup (including 1 1/2tbsp  cornflour)
Butter-1/3cup
Sugar-2/3cup
Egg-1
Milk-1/2cup
Baking powder-1tsp
Baking soda-1/2tsp
Vanilla essence-1tsp
Tuttifrutti(coated with flour)-1/3cup
Cashews-9 to 10 crushed
Salt a pinch
Method
Preheat oven to 180c.
Seive flours baking powder baking soda and salt and keep aside.
Beat butter and sugar till fluffy.Add egg beat well along with essence.
To this mixture add flour in three batches alternating with milk and fold in gently.
Add tuttifruti coated with little flour and cashew and fold in reserve some to sprinkle on top.
Now pour the batter to lined greased cake pan and sprinkle rest of tuttifruti and cashew on top and bake for 30 to 35 mins as per your oven heat till the toothpick inserted in the middle of cake comes out clean.
Now after ten minutes transfer cake to cooling rack.
Once completely cooled cut and enjoy your yum cake.

Note:Adding cornflour is to get the texture of cake flour.You can omit it if you do not have cornflour and take apf itself.
