Chicken Braided Bread

All purpose flour-1 1/2cup
Yeast-1tsp
Milk powder-1tsp
Sugar-2tsp
Salt a pinch
Milk-2/3cup
Butter-1tsp
Filling
Shredded cooken chicken-1/2cup
Butter-1tsp
Onion sliced-1/2
Pepper-1tsp
Milk-1/4cup
Garam masala-1/3tsp
Green chilly-1sliced
Flour-1tsp
Salt as required
Method
Proof yeast in warm milk with sugar till frothy.Combine flour salt and milk powder and add the frothy yeast mixture and start kneading..add 1 tsp butter too..knead till soft..and keep in a greased bowl covered with a wet towel or cling paper in warm place for 1 1/2 hour.
Meanwhile prepare filling.heat pan add butter and then onion..saute till transclucent add pepper and garam masala saute.add milk and flour.stir and when it starts thickening add shredded cooked chicken and green chillies add required salt and mix well...stir till it becomes a  creamy paste.switch off flame.
After 11/2hour take out the raised dough
Punch out air and knead for a minute and roll out to square shape.keep the filling at the middle throughout the length..cut strips on both sides of filling equally.now take each strip overlap over filling like a braid and seal end.keep in greased lined tray for 45 minutes for proofing.
After 45 mins preheat oven to 180c.brush milk on proofed braid sprinkle sesame seeds.
Bake for 25 minutes.if convection bake till golden brown..around 15 to 17 mins.
Your yummy chicken braided bread is ready.
