Cassatta Icecream

Recipe
Whipping cream-1 cup(used 1/3 cup for each flavor)
Food colors-pink,green 
Essence-strawberry,pista,vanilla
Condensed milk-3/4 cup(u can adjust sweetness to ur liking)
pistachios powdered,cashew powdered-1 tbsp
Melted chocolate-3tbsp
I didnt have fruits in hand if u hav you can added cooked in syrup strawberry mashed in strawberry flavour.
Method

Beat whippimg cream till it forms stiff peak and then beat in condensed milk.Take 1/3cup of beaten cream add drop of vanilla and melted chocolate and mix well..pour in a square shaped or ur desired shape container and
Refrigerate.Now take next 1/3cup of cream ads pink colour a drop and strawberry essence and mashed strawberry if you have and mix well.Layer on top of refrigerated chocolate layer.Again refrigerate.Now take the 3rd portion of 1/3 cup add green color and pista essence and some crushed pistachios and mix well.Layer on top of strawberry layer and refrigerate.
Now to the last portion add vanilla essence and mix and layer on top of pista layer and sprinkle crushed cashews pistachios and badam.You can use tittifruti too if you have.cover the container with lid..and freeze fr 4 to 5 hrs..and yum gobble your yum cassatta😍
