Chicken Caterpiller bread

Ingredients
Bread
All pupose flour-1cup
Butter-1tbsp
Sugar-1tbsp
Milk powder-1tsp
Instant yeast -1tsp
Egg-1/2(reserve rest for egg wash)
Warm milk-1/3cup
Salt a pinch
Filling
Chicken shredded and boiled with salt and pepper-1/2 cup
Onion-1
Ginger garlic chopped-1/2tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
Coriander powder-1tbsp
Chilli powder-1tsp
Fennel -1/2tsp
Garam masala-1tsp
Tomato sauce-1tbsp
Curry leaves
Salt required
Method
To the flour add yeast sugar milk powder egg warm milk and salt and mix well.To this add butter and gently knead to form a smooth dough. Keep it in warm place covered with cling wrap to raise for an hour.
Meanwhile make the filling.
Heat oil in pan saute onion add ginger garlic saute add all powders and saute till raw smell goes now add chicken salt curry leaves and tomato sauce mix well add a drop of water cover and cook for five mins).Your filling is ready.
Now after an hour punch out air from raised dough knead for sometime and shape like a log and cut into 5 pieces.
Roll out each piece in oval shape cut thin stripes on one side.keep the chicken filling in other side and roll and lap the strips one by one on top.
Keep again for proofing for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 200c.
Do eggwash on top and sprinkle sesame seeds and insert cloves for eyes which are optional.
Bake for 20 mins reducing temperature to 180c. Reduce time nd temperature as per the type of your oven.
Your yummy chicken caterpiller breads are ready to be digged in..yaay
