Pacha Chakka (Raw Jackfruit) Erisherry

Pacha chakka erisherry
Ingredients
Raw jackfruit
Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
Pepper-1tsp
Salt as required
Jaggery-1tsp
Grinding
Grated coconut-1cup
Cumin seeds-1tsp
Turmeric powder-1tsp
Green chilly-2nos
Seasoning
Mustard-1tbsp
Grated coconut-2tbsp
Curry leaves
Method
Clean jackfruit cut to smaller pieces and mix turmeric powder pepper powder and required salt and little water and pressure cook for one whistle.
Mash it slightly.
Grind the ingredients given under grinding.Add it to the cooked jackfruit and mix..adjust salt and water if required.
Boil in low flame.Add 1 tsp jaggery and mix.
For seasoning heat oil in pan splutter mustard add grated coconut and curry leaves and stir till coconut turns golden brown.
Season erisherry with this mix.
Serve warm..
