Eggless Cranberry pound cake

Ingredients
All purpose flour-1 1/2
Sugar-3/4cup
Oil-1/4cup
Yoghurt-1/2cup
Milk-1/2cup
Baking powder-1tsp
Baking soda-1/2tsp
Orange/vanilla essence-1tsp
Salt a pinch
Cramberries-1/4cup(i used dried ones which i had soaked in little sugar water.you can use fresh if you have)
Cashews(optional)
Method
Preheat oven to 180c.
Seive flour baking powder baking soda and salt and keep aside.
Take milk yoghurt and sugar in a bowl and mix well.Add oil and essence and mix well.
To this add flour mixture and combine.The batter will be thick.Add cranberries and fold in.Reserve some to sprinkle on top.
Transfer the batter to lined greased pan and sprinkle reserved cranberries and cashews on top.
Bake for 45minutes or as per your oven heat ie till a toothpick inserted on middls comes out clean.
Cool cake on rack.
