Palada Pradhaman

Recipe
Ingredients
Rice palada-100gms
Milk-1 litre full fat
Water-1/4 cup
Sugar as per your taste
Ghee-1tbsp

Method
Wash rice palada well.
Take milk and water in cooker add  2 to 3 tbsps of sugar and cook on low flame around 1 hour till 1 whistle(only if u use a cooker with good tight washer milk will cook well turning to light brown colour).
Meanwhile take water in a pan and boil it.Add washed palada and start cooking till its easy to smash an ada in between your fingers.You will nedd full pan of water.After cooking immediately drain cooked palada in a strainer and wash in cold water.
Now take a wide pan add ghee and drained strained cooked palada to it and saute for 10 minutes.Add the cooked pink brown milk to it and keep stirring to avoid ada forming lumps.
Now add sugar as per your taste.
Let it boil in low flame for 30 minutes ie till it thickens.
Your yummiest Palada pradhaman is ready😋
