Sweet corn pakoras
Recipe
Boiled sweet corn kernels-2 cups
Gram flour/besan-1/4 cup
Rice powder-2 tbsps
Onion sliced-half portion
Ginger garlic paste-1/2tsp
Turmeric powder-a pinch
Chilly powder-1/2tsp
Chaat masala-1/2tsp
Asafoetida-a pinch
Salt as required
Curry leaves
Oil for frying
Method
Combine all the ingredients except curry leaves and form a smooth dough.Chill for 20 minutes.
Heat oil in pan and drop small balls of dough into the hot oil.Flip and cook till golden brown.Finally temper curry leaves in oil and add along to the crispy pakoras.
Serve with sauce.
