Whipping cream-1cup
Condensed milk-2/3cup
Milk powder-2tbsp
Vanilla essence-1/2tsp
Yellow food colour-a drop
Butterscotch
Almonds dry roasted-4tbsp crushed
Brown sugar-1/4cup
Butter-2tbsp
Whipping cream-2tbsp
Vanilla essence-a drop
Method
Butterscotch
Take brown sugar and butter in pan and heat in low flame till it melts and combines.Do stir.Now add crushed almonds and whipped cream and essence and stir till it becomes dry.
Now switch off flame.Let it cool down.
Beat whipping cream till it forms stiff peaks.Add condensed milk food colour milk powder and essence and mix well.
Now fold in the cooled butterscotch into it and transfer the icecream to a bowl to set.
Sprinkle some butterscotch on top and keep it closed and freeze for 4 hours.
Serve the yummiest Butterscotch icecream😍
