Orange pound cake

Ingredients
All purpose flour-1 1/3cup
Sugar-3/4cup
Oil-1/2cup
Eggs-3
Baking powder-1/2tsp
Salt a pinch
Orange juice-from a big orange
Orange zest-1tsp
Method
Preheat oven to 180c.
Seive flour  baking powder and salt and keep aside.
Beat eggs oil and sugar and beat till fluffy.
Add dry mixture in batches and combine.
Add orange juice and zest and fold in.
Pour the batter into greased lined pan and sprinkle chocochips or nuts(optional).
Bake for 45minute ie till toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cool on rack...Yum💖
