Snowball Cookies

Ingredients
All purpose flour-1cup(120gms)
Butter-1/2cup(120gms)at room temp
Powdered sugar-5tbsp+1cup 
Cashew or pecan or almond crushed-1tbsp
Vanilla essence-3/4tsp
Salt a pinch
Method
Cream and combine butter and 5 tbsp.powdered sugar well.To this add vanilla essence and combine.Now add flour and salt and mix till it resembles sand like in texture.Add crushed cashew and combine.
Now wrap this in a cling wrap and refrigerate for 45 minutes.
After 45 minutes preheat oven to 180 c and line a baking tray.
Take the chilled dough and make lemon sized dough balls and place on lined tray.
Bake for 12 to 15mins at 180c.Adjust bake time as per your oven heat.
Once done take the baked cookies after 5 minutes and roll them in powdered sugar and place on tray to cool.
Once completely cooled once again roll them in powdered sugar and store in airtight container or have them then and there...
