Pull Apart Chicken Bread

Ingredients
Bread
All purpose flour-1 1/2cup
Warm milk-3/4cup
Yeast-1 1/2tsp(dry active)
Sugar-1tbsp
Milk powder-1tsp
Butter-1tbsp
Salt a pinch
Chicken filling
Cooked shredded chicken-1/4cup(cook chicken piece coated with turmeric salt and pepper)
Tomato or Hot sauce-1tbsp
Spring onion-2tbsp chopped
Cheese of your choice-1tbsp grated
Pepper to sprinkle
Egg-1 for top wash
Method
Bread
Add yeast and sugar to warm milk and keep aside for 10 minutes to ferment and froth.
Take flour,salt,milk powder in a bowl and add the fermented frothy yeast mixture and knead add butter in between and knead till soft and supple(you can add extra milk of you feel you require more,for me this amount was perfect).
Keep the dough covered with cling wrap in a warm place for 2 hours for raise.

Chicken filling
Mix all the ingredients given under chicken filling and add salt if required.

After 2 hours take the raised dough and punch out air and knead a little.Divide the dough to 7 parts.

Flatten each part of dough to small square shape and keep little filling on one square and cover with other and seal.Likewise do with other parts and keep all the filled dough squares in loaf pan together and do egg wash and keep in warm place for raise for 45 minutes.
 After 45 minutes preheat oven at 180c.
Drizzle sauce on top of raised dough and you can even sprinkle shredded mozarella.I didnt add cheese on top as we are not too good fans of cheese.
Bake for 40minutes.
Cool on rack and enjoy the pull aparts with sauce or mayonnaise...😍
