Ingredients
Heavy cream-1cup
Tender coconut meal-1/4cup
Coconut milk-1/4cup
Sugar-4tbsp
Condensed milk-1/4cup
Method
Beat heavy cream with sugar till stiff peaks form.
Grind tender coconut meal with coconut milk(Keep little tender coconut aside.chop it into tiny pieces).
Now to the beaten heavy cream add condensed milk grinded tender coconut paste and combine well.
Now fold in chopped tiny pieces of tender coconut you kept aside.
Transfer to an airtight container.
Freeze it for 4 hours.Enjoy your yummiest Tender coconut icecream😍
