Ghorayeba cookies with chocolate filling

Ingredients
All purpose flour-1cup
Butter at room temp-1/2cup
Powdered sugar-1/2cup
Vanilla essence-1/2tsp
Filling
Chocochips-1/4cup
Method
Mix and beat butter and powdered sugar well.Add vanilla essence also.Now add flour and mix and form a smooth dough.Refrigerate dough for 45 minutes in a container or covered with cling wrap.
After 45 minutes preheat oven at 170c.
Take out dough and roll small lemon sized balls and keep some chocochips inside and seal and roll.
Do likewise with rest of dough.
Place on lined tray.I used mini muffin tray.
Bake for 15 to 18minutes.
Cool on rack.
Store in airtight container and enjoy having them😍
