Ingredients
Milk-2 cups
Milk powder-4tbsps
Sugar-1/4cup or as per your taste
Cardamom powdered
Saffron strands a pinch
Pistachios crushed to add
Method
Boil milk in a pan stir in between.After a boil add sugar and milk powder and stir well.Take a tablespoon of milk out in a bowl and add saffron strands to it. Let the milk boil again till its reduced to half of its actual amount.Keep stirring.Switch off flame add cardamom and saffron milk.After it cools down pour in moulds or vessel and freeze for four to five hours.
Serve with pistachios garnished.. yum😊
