Wheat Carrot Cake in Microwave

Ingredients
Wheat flour-1 1/2cup
Sugar-1cup
Egg-2
Honey-2tbsp
Oil-3/4cup
Vanilla essence-1tsp
Baking powder-1 1/2tsp
Baking soda-a pinch
Cinnamon powder-a pinch
Salt a pinch
Grated Carrot-1/2cup
Nuts crushed(optional)
Method
Grease and line a microwave safe bowl.
Combine oil and sugar and add egg one by one and beat till pale and fluffy.Add honey and essence and combine.
To this seive and add flour,baking powder,baking soda,cinnamon powder and salt.Combine to form a thick batter.Combine grated carrot into it.
Transfer the batter to the bowl and sprinkle crushed nuts on top if desired.
Keep on high and microwave for 5minutes.Then keep on medium and microwave for 2 minutes.Finally keep on low and micriwave for 1 minute.
Let it remain in oven for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes take out the bowl and remove cake from it and let it cool.
Cut and serve the softest yummiest Wheat carrot cake...in a jiffy...
