Egg Halwa

Ingredients
Egg-2(beaten)
Milk-1/2cup
Sugar-1/4cup
Ghee  as needed
Dry fruits
Cardamom powder
A pinch of saffron soaked in warm milk
Yellow food colour-optional
Method
Heat a drop of ghee in pan and roast dry fruits.To this pour beaten egg and keep stirring.When it starts thickening add sugar and keep stirring.Add milk,saffron milk,cardamom powder and a tablespoon of ghee after five minutes and keep stirring.
Add one more tablespoon of ghee when it starts to thicken ans leave out of pan.When it resembles a coarse sand like texture switch off flame.
Your yummy yummy egg halwa is ready.
