Ingredients
All purpose flour-1 1/2 cup
Yeast-1tsp
Warm milk-1/4 cup
Sugar-2tbsp
Milk powder-1tbsp
Salt a pinch
Veg oil-3tbsp or butter
Filling
Sugar-4tbsp
Lemon zest-1tsp
Butter-2tbsp(room temp)
Blueberry-1/4cup
Frosting
Sugar-5tbsp
Milk-1tbsp
Lemon juice-1/2tsp

Method
Proof yeast in milk with sugar and to flour add milk powder,salt  and oil nd knead adding the frothy yeast milk fold 150times while kneading for best results (trust me its fun)..and keep in warm place for 1 1/2 hour for raising.after that punch out air and knead for five mins..roll out to rectangle shape..apply butter mix  sugar and bkueberry and spread equally throughout grate in lemon zest.roll gently...cut into 8 roll pieces...and keep in tray ready for baking for 45 mins for proofing...then in preheated oven of 180c bake for 20mins..meanwhile prepare frosting by adding milk nd lemon juice to powdered sugar..after cooling add the frosting on top and yummmm😋
