Mango Semiya payasam

Recipe
Vermicelli-1/4cup
Mango puree-1/4 cup
Sugar-1cup
Milk-1cup(boiled and lukewarm)
Cardamom powder-1tsp
Cashews and raisins
Ghee
Method
Heat pan add a drop of ghee and roast vermicelli and add little water cook and keep aside.In a pan take mango puree with little water and sugar mix and cook till it thickens.Add a drop of ghee..and cooked vermicelli..mix..switch off flame and add milk and cardamom powder and stir well.
Serve with cashews and raisins on top.Yum😍
