Soya Chunks Cutlet

Ingredients
Soya chunks-1/2cup(washed&soaked)
Boiled,peeled&mashed potato-1 big
Onion chopped-1
Ginger garlic crushed-1tsp
Green chilly-2 chopped
Curry leaves
Turmeric powder-1tsp
Chilly powder-2tsp
Coriander powder-2tsp
Garam masala-1/2tsp
Fennel powder-1/2tsp
Tomato sauce-2tsp
Salt as needed
Coating
Egg-1 (for veg version dissolve 4 tbsp cornflour in 1/2 cup of water and make a slurry)
Bread crumbs ( for veg version eggless bread crumbs or rava/suji)
Method
Pressure cook soaked soya till cooked ie for one whistle.Take out and shred it.
Heat oil in pan and saute onion till transclucent.
Add ginger garlic and green chilly and saute.
Add turmeric powder,chilly powder,coriander powder,garam masala and fennel powder and saute till its raw smell goes off.
Add shred soya to this and saute well.
Add mashed potatoes and adjust salt and curry leaves and combine well.Switch off flame.
Now take oil in another pan for shallow frying.
Shape the prepared mixture as you desire and dip in egg or cornflour slurry first and roll in bread crumbs or rava/suji.
Start frying flipping sides once oil is hot.
Enjoy with your favourite sauce😍
