Ginger Icecream

Ingredients
Heavy cream-1cup
Condensed milk-2/3cup
Ginger chopped tiny-1/3cup
Milk-1/3cup
Milk powder-1tbsp
Vanilla essence-1tsp
Method
Boil milk and drop in chopped ginger pieces and let it cook for 7 minutes and switch off flame.
Beat cream till you get stiff peak.Add essence and condensed milk,milk powder and combine well.
Add cooled ginger milk mixture and combine.
Transfer to an airtight bowl and freeze for minimum 3 hours.
Enjoy the yummiest ginger icecream...😍
