Homemade Nutella


Ingredients
Hazelnut-200gms
Coconut oil-3tbsps
Cocoa powder-2tbsps
Melted chocolate-150gms(plain or chocochips)
Firmly packed brown sugar or powdered sugar-1/3cup
Vanilla essence-1tsp

Method
Dry roast hazelnuts by placing in tray and baking for 10minutes at 180c or dry roast in a pan on stove top.
Take the dry roasted hazelnut in a clean towel and cover it and rub it keep in towel to remove the skin.
Now once skin is removed take them in a blender or mixie and start grinding till it becomes mushy like butter.
Add melted chocolate, cocoa powder, coconut oil ,brown or powdered sugar and vanilla essence and blend well to form a smooth fluffy nutella spread.
Your yummiest homemade nutella spread is ready😊
You can store in an airtight container once completely cooled and use.
