Mango Fish Curry

Ingredients
Fish-250gms
Onion sliced-1big
Ginger crushed-2tsp
Green chilly-5 slitted
Vinegar-2tbsp
Raw mango-1 small sliced
Coconut milk-1cup(first milk)&1cup (2nd milk)
Turmeric powder-2tsp
Chilly powder-2tsp
Coriander powder-2tsp
Salt as reqd
Coconut oil
Seasoning
Dry red chilly-2
Shallots-5 sliced
Curry leaves
Method
In an earthern pot take sliced onion,crushed ginger,green chillies,curry leaves.To this add 1 tsp turmeric powder,chilly powder,coriander powder,1 tbsp coconut oil and 1 tbsp vinegar and required salt and mix well with your hand pressing and squeezing well.Once combined keep it aside for 15 minutes.
Now after 15 minutes add the second coconut milk and 3/4th of first coconut milk to the mixed ingredients.Adjust salt.
Cook in low flame till its cooked well and reduced half.
To this add fish and sliced mango pieces and cook.Once cooked add the remaing first coconut milk and vinegar and shake the pot to mix and switch off in a minute.
Check salt and adjust.
Heat coconut oil in pan add dry chillies,shallots and curry leaves.Once sauted well add 1 tsp turmeric powder and take out once the raw smell goes away and pour on curry.
Your delicious Fish mango curry is ready😋
