Ingredients
All purpose flour-1cup
Lukewarm milk-3/4cup
Oil-2tbsp
Salt as needed
Method
Add oil and salt to the flour and mix well.To this add lukewarm milk little by little to knead a smooth and supple dough.If required add more milk.
Apply a drop of oil on dough and keep aside for 30 minutes covered.
After 30 minutes take a kadai and keep it inverted on flame.Take small dough balls and roll and flatten to very thin sheets.Make salt water and drizzle on kadai top and drop the dough sheet on it and press gently with a neat dry cloth as bubbles form.Flip side and remove once cooked.Fold and keep on plate.Likewise make rotis with rest of dough.
Serve the softest delicious rumali roti with your choice of gravy๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜‹
