Wheat Ghee Cake

Ingredients
Wheat flour-3/4cup
Sugar-1/2cup
Ghee-4tbsps
Egg-2
Full fat milk or whipping cream-4tbsps
Baking powder-3/4tsp
Milk powder-3/4tbsp
Vanilla essence-1/2tsp
Salt a pinch
Method
Preheat oven to 180c.Line and grease pan.
Seive flour,milk powder,baking powder and salt and keep aside.
Beat and combine ghee and sugar.
Add egg one by one and beat till fluffy.
Add milk/cream and essence and combine.To this add seived dry mixture and fold in.
Transfer the batter to pan.
Tap to release air bubbles.
Bake for 35 minutes or as per your oven heat.I use a gas oven.
Cool on rack and enjoy the yum yum wheat ghee cake😋
Note:pls do not skip milk powder.its the one that gives the punch to this cake.
