Chilly Fish

Ingredients
Boneless fish cubed-1cup
Marination
Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
Pepper powder-1tsp
Lime juice or vinegar-2tsp
Cornflour-2tbsp
All purpose flour-2tbsp
Soya sauce-1tbsp
Salt as needed
Gravy
Onion cubed-1
Capsicum cubed-2tbsp
Ginger garlic minced-2tsp
Green chillies chopped-2tsp
Soya sauce-2tbsp
Tomato sauce-2tbsp
Cornflour slurry(I used my leftover slurry which I used for marination)
Vinegar-1tsp
Spring onion cut-2tsp
Method
Marination
Add turmeric,pepper lime juice or vinegar to fish cubes and mix well along with needed salt.
Prepare cornflour batter by mixing cornflour and all purpose flour with a oinch of pepper and water.
Drop the fish cubes into it and mix well.Keep it aside for 30 minutes.
Preparation
After 30 minutes heat oil in pan start feying marinated fish cubes flipping sides till golden brown and drain into a tissue.In the same oil saute garlic and ginger,add onion and green chillies saute till transclucent.Add capsicum and saute well.Add soya sauce and tomato sauce.Add little water and let it boil.Now add the leftover batter or make a slurry by mixing 1 tsp cornflour with water and add it to this mixture and add fried fish cubes and mix.Add required salt and vinegar.Mix and switch off flame.
Serve hot with spring onions garnished on top😋
