Multigrain Laddoo

Ingredients
Moong dal-1/4cup
Toor dal or chana dal-3tbsp
Wheat kernels or raw rice-3tbsp
Peanut-3tbsp
Sesame seeds-2tsp
Ghee-2tsp
Jaggery-1/4cup melted by heating it with little water and filtered
Cardamom powder-1tsp
Method
Dry roast moong dal,toor dal/chana dal,wheat kernels/raw rice,peanuts and sesame seeds seperately till it gives a nice aroma and turns slightly golden brown.Take these in a dry mixture jar and powder it.Take the powder in a bowl add cardamom powder and 2 tsp ghee and pour the warm jaggery syrup into the mixture and combine well and start mak8ng balls as it is warm.
Store in airtight container once cooled.
