OP Laddoo
Ingredients
Peeled&roasted Peanuts-1/4cup
Quick cooking oats roasted-1/4cup
Sesame seeds roasted-2tbsps
Cardamom powder-a pinch
Grated jaggery-1/4cup plus melted jaggery-2tbsp
Ghee-1tsp
Method
Take roasted and peeled peanuts in a mixer jar and geind it coarsely.Add roasted sesame seeds also and give a quick pulse(grind).Now take these in a bowl.Add roasted quick cooking oats and grated jaggery.Also add melted jaggery and ghee and mix well with your hand.
Start making lemon sized ladoos out of it.
