Chana dal-1cup
Shallots-6 chopped tiny
Ginger-1tsp chopped tiny
Green chilly-2chopped tiny
Dry red chilly-1
Coriander and curry leaves chopped
Fennel powder-1/4tsp
Salt as required
Method
Soak chana dal for 4 hours.After 4 hours grind chana dal and dry red chilly without water coarsely keeping 1 tbsp of chana dal aside.Take this mixture this mixture add chopped shallots ginger green chillies curry leaves and coriander leaves fennel powder and required salt and mix well.
Now shape them into patties.
Heat oil in pan and start frying the patties flipping sides till golden brown.
Serve hot😍😋
