Ingredients
Raw rice-1 cup (washed and drained.I used matta)
Cardamom pods-5
Jaggery-1/4 cup grated
Grated coconut-1/4cup
Method
Dry roast washed and drained rice in a pan till it pops and becomes well roasted.Add cardamom pods also now roast  and switch off flame.Powder this in mixer jar as its hot.Add jaggery also and powder.Now finally add the grated coconut and grind and this is when it forms a mass.
Take it out and make lemon sized laddoos as its warm.
Store in airtight container once cool.
Your yummy healthy Rice laddoo is ready.
