Thattukada Style Chicken Fry

Ingredients
Chicken-500gms
Marination
Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
Kashmiri Chilly powder-2tsp
Gingergarlic paste-1tsp
Pepper powder-1/2tsp
Garam masala-1/2tsp
Fennel powder-1/2tsp
Vinegar/lime juice-1tsp
Salt as needed
Rice powder-1tsp
Seasoning
Green chilly-5nos
Curry leaves-2tbsp
Method
Marinate the cleaned washed chicken pieces with the ingredients given under marination(do not add rice powder now).Keep for 3 hours.
After 3 hours take the marinated chicken and mix rice powder.Heat oil in pan.We will be doing shallow fry.Now drop the chicken pieces and fry flipping sides till golden red colour and drain on tissue.
In the end add the green chillies and curry leaves to oil and give a fry and take out.
Serve the Spicy Thattukada style chicken fry with the fried green chillies and curry leaves on topπŸ˜‹πŸ˜
