Wheat Horlicks Blueberry Cake
Ingredients
Wheat flour-1 1/2cup
Sugar-3/4cup
Veg oil-1/4cup
Egg-2
Plain horlicks-2tbsps
Milk-1/2cup
Vanilla essence-1tsp
Baking powder-1 1/2tsp
Bakind soda-a pinch
Blueberry-3/4cup
Salt a pinch
Method
Preheat oven to 180c and line a pan.

Seive flour,baking powder,baking soda,horlicks and salt and keep aside.In a bowl.take oil and sugar and combine.To this add egg one by one and beat well.Add essence and combine.To this add the seived dry mixture in two batches alternating with milk and fold in.Roll bkueberries in little flour and fold in to the batter.
Now transfer the batter to pan and bake for 45 minutes or as per your oven heat.
Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the middle of the cake.If it comes clean its done.
Keep it on rack to cool.
Cut and serve...the most delicious Wheat horlicks blueberry cake.
