Cauliflower/Gobi Fry

Ingredients
Cauliflower florets-washed in warm water-2 cup
Marination
All purpose flour-1/2cup
Corn flour-1/4cup
Rice powder-1tbsp
Ginger garlic paste-1tsp
Kashmiri chilly powder-2tsp
Chicken masala-1tsp
Fennel powder-1/2tsp
Salt as needed
Water as needed
Seasoning
Curry leaves
Green chilly
Garnish
Cilantro
Method
Steam and cook the cauliflower florets.
Mix the ingredients given under marination along with water to make a thick paste.Add cooked florets to this and mix well.
Marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in kadai.Start frying the marinated florets flipping sides till done.
Fry curry leaves and green chilly in same oil and season.
Garnish with cilantro and serve.
