Agathi poo/Hummingbird flower thoran/stirfry

Ingredients
Agathi flower-2cups
Grated coconut-1/4cup
Onion chopped-2 tbsps
Green chilly-2slit
Turmeric powder- a pinch
Fennel powder-a pinch
Mustard
Curry leaves
Salt as needed
Method
Heat coconut oil in pan.Splutter mustard.Add chopped onion and saute.Then add green chilly grated coconut curry leaves turmeric powder and fennel powder and saute.
Remove the antenna like thing inside the flowers and wash the flowers and chop them and add them to the sauted mixture and needed salt.
Cook till done.
Your delicious Agathi poo thoran is ready.
