Chocolate Rose Cookies

Ingredients
All purpose flour-1cup
Sugar-1/2cup
Cocoa powder-3tbsps
Butter at room temp-90gms(1 tbsp less than half cup)
Egg-1
Vanilla essence-1/2tsp
Equipment needed
Piping bag or zipper lock bag
A flower tip nozzle
Method
Preheat oven to 170c and line a tray.

Cream butter and sugar well.Add egg and beat well.Add essence and combine.To this add flour and cocoa powder and whisk well.
Transfer the batter to a piping bag with flower tip and start piping cookies in a round similar to rose.
Bake for 20 minutes or as per your oven heat.

Cool on rack once done and store in airtight container and relish.
