Ingredients
Oats-1cup
Cashew-2 tbsp
Grated pure jaggery-1/2cup
Dessicated coconut-2tbsp
Cardamom powder-1/4tsp
Water-1/4cup
Ghee-1tbsp
Method
Dry roast oats till it changes to nutty smell.Dry roast cashew.Powder both in mixer jar.
Heat ghee in pan and add grated jaggery.Saute and add water and melt.Add deasicated coconut and stir.Let it thicken little.Add the powdered mix and stir well to combine.Add cardamom powder and combine.Switch off once it forms a mass and leaves pan.
Roll into lemon sized ladoos when its warm and roll in deasicated coconut.
Once cooled store in airtight container and consume.
