Mango Mousse

Ingredients
Heavy/fresh cream-1cup
Mango pulp from fresh ripe mango-1/2cup
Condensed milk-1/2cup
Gelatin-5gms soaked in 2 tbsps water
Vanilla/mango essence-a drop
Garnish
Mango pieces and pistachios
Method
Beat cream till it form stiff peak.Add condensed milk,essence and mango pulp and combine well.
Heat the gelatin soaked in water for few seconds.When its lukewarm add it to the mixture and combine well.Let it cool in refrigerator for an hour to set.
Serve with pistachios and mango pieces on topπŸ˜πŸ˜‹
