Chicken Kola Urundai/Fried Meat balls

Ingredients
Minced chicken-1/4cup
Chopped onion-2tbsp
Ginger garlic paste-1/4tsp
Green chillies chopped-1tsp
Roasted gram dal powder(pottu kadala powdered)-1/4cup
Grated coconut-1/4cup
Turmeric powder-a pinch
Fennel powder-1/4tsp
Cumin powder-1/4tsp
Salt as needed
Curry leaves and coriander leaves chopped
Method
Cook minced chicked in a pan with a drop of oil without any water in low flame.
Once cooked take out the chicken and grind it in mixee jar finely and keep aside.
In the same pan heat a drop of oil and saute onion add ginger garlic paste and saute.Add grated coconut green chillies and saute.Take care not to burn it.Saute on low flame.Add roasted gram dal powder and saute.Add turmeric powder,fennel powder and cumin powder and saute till the raw smell goes away and switch off.Now take this mixture in a mixer jar and grind to paste adding a drop of water only.
Now combine this ground paste with ground chicken and add chopped curry leaves and coriander leaves and needed salt and mix well.Grease your palms with a drop of oil and make lemon sized balls all in equal sizes.
Heat oil in pan and fry these balls flipping sides until golden brown.Your delicious Chicken Kola urundai is ready😋
