Sharkara ari payasam/rice jaggery kheer

Payasa ari/matta broken rice-1/2cup
Water-21/2cup
Melted jaggery-1cup
Grated coconut-1/4cup
Coconut pieces-1tbsp
Cashews-1tbso
Raisins-1tbsp
Cardamom powder-1/2tsp
Cumin powder-1/2tsp
Ghee-2tsp
Method
Boil water in a heavy bottomed pan.Add washed rice to it and let it cook completely.
Once cooked,add the melted jaggery and grated coconut ,mix and cook on low flame.Switch off flame in 7 minutes.Add cardamom and cumin powder and mix.
Heat ghee in a pan and roast coconut pieces,cashew and raisins and add it with the payasam.
