Chocolate Coin Pizza

Recipe
 Ingredients
 All purpose flour-1cup
Yeast-1tsp
Sugar-1tbsp
Veg oil-1tbsp
 Water as required
Salt a pinch
Topping
Any chocolate of your choice(I used snickers)
Shredded mozarella cheese-2tbsp
Method
 Proof yeast in warm water for ten minutes along with sugar  till frothy.To flour toss salt and mix in oil and knead to a smooth dough adding proofed yeast mixture. Keep in warm place for raising covered with a wet towel for two hours(i used dry yeast) if instant keep for 15 minutes.fter two hours punch out air from raised dough and knead again and cut out small round shaped discs using a round lid.
Preheat oven to 180c. Place the discs on tray and keep chunks of chocolate on top and little grated shredded cheese.Arrange them on a lined greased baking tray and bake for 15 minutes ie till cheese melts on top well. Your soft fluffy yummy Chocolate coin pizzas are ready to be digged in...
