Chocolate Nankhatai

Ingredients
Wheat flour-1/2cup
Gram flour/besan-1/2cup
Semolina-1tbsp
Cocoa powder-2tbsp
 Powdered sugar-3/4cup
Salt a pinch
 Baking powder-1tsp
 Ghee-1/4cup
Milk-1/4cup
Crushed almonds or cashews
Method
 Preheat oven to 180c and line a baking tray. Seive wheat flour,besan flour,cocoa powder,semolina,baking powder,powdered sugar and salt to a bowl and combine well. To this add ghee and mix well.Now add milk little by little to make a pliable firm dough.You may not have to use all the milk,use what you need .Also add crushed almonds reserving some for garnish. Now make equal lemon sized ball and place on tray.Keep a crushed almond piece on top and press. Bake for 15 minutes or as per your oven heat. Your yummy Chocolate nankhatai is ready. Cool on rack. Store in airtight container once cooled.Yum😋
