Rafaello Cake

Ingredients
All purpose flour-1 cup
Almonds powdered-1/2 cup
Sugar-1cup
Butter-100gms
Egg-2
Coconut milk-1/4cup
Milk-1/2cup
Baking powder-1tsp
Vanilla essence-1/2tsp
Salt a pinch
Frosting
Whipping cream-1cup
Icing sugar/sugar-1/4cup
Vanilla essence-1/2tsp
Rafaello chocolate-6
Dessicated coconut-1/2cup
Method
Preheat oven to 180c.Line a cake pan.
Mix flour,almonds powdered,baking soda and salt and keep aside.
Beat butterand sugar well.Addegg ine by one and beat till pale and fluffy.To this add the dry mixture alternating with milk and coconut milk in batches and fold in.
Now transfer the batter to the pan and bake for 45 minutes or as per your oven heat till cake is done.
Meanwhile prepare frosting.Whip cream with sugar and essence till stiff peak forms.
Once the cake is done,cool on rack.
Then cut the cake into two layer.Drizzke sugar syrup on layers(1/4cup sugar and 1/2cup water boiled).Spread cream on layers and cover the cake with cream and do icing.Now sprinkle dessicated coconut on cake and cover completely.Keep the rafaello chocolates on top.
You can even use buttercream mixed with cream cheese frosting.We love fresh cream so chose the same.
Your delicious rafaello cake is ready.
