Spongy Milk powder Rasmalai

Ingredients
 Milk powder-1cup
Baking powder-1/2tsp
All purpose flour-1/2tbsp
Cardamom powder-a pinch
 Egg-1
Oil-2tsp
Rabri
 Milk-2cup
Sugar-1/2cup
Saffron-a pinch
Pistachios crushed-2tsps
Method
 Boil milk by adding sugar and saffron.Let it boil and become half. Meanwhile seive milk powder,baking powder,flour and cardamom powder and add oil and mix well.To this add beaten egg and mix and keep it for 2 minutes.Then apply little oil on your palms knead it lightly to combine and make tiny balls and flatten it.Poke these balls with an unused neat pin throughout to make tiny holes.Now drop all these balls into the boiling rabri on low flame all at once. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.Using a spoon flip it and cover and cook for 10 munutes. Switch off flame and keep it covered. You can chill it after it cools down and then serve or serve hot.
