Ingredients
Milk-2cups
Heavycream/whipping cream-1cup
Condensed milk-1cup
Almonds crushed-3tbsp
Garnish-pistachios
Method
Boil milk well.Once it boils,add cream and condensed milk and stir well and let it cook on low flame.Add the almonds crushed too.Let the mixture boil and reduce to half.Do stir in between.
Once it becomes half the quantity,switch off flame and let it cool.
Once cooled transfer the mixture into matkas and cover the mouth with cling wrap and freeze it for 2 hours minimum.
Serve garnished with pistachios on top😋
