Thandai Drink

Ingredients
Full fat milk-21/2cup
Sugar-1/2cup
Saffron-small pinch
Rose water or essence-1tsp
Garnish
Pistachios-crushed
Dry rose petals(optional)
Method
Boil milk and add sugar,saffron and thandai masala powder and let it simmer on low flame for 5 minutes.Switch off flame and let it cool.Add rose water or essence and mix.Once cooled refrigerate for 2 hours.Serve chilled garnished with crushed pistachios and dry rose petals😋Yummm
