Coconut gulkhand Ladoo

 Recipe
 Ingredients
 Dessicated coconut-250gms
 Condensed milk-200gms
Warm milk with a pinch of saffron soaked-2tbsps
Ghee-1tbsp
 Filling
 Cashew,almonds,pistachio chopped-2tbsp each Gulkhand-2tbsps
 2tbsp dessicated coconut for rolling

 Method
 Take dessicated coconut,condensed milk,saffron milk and ghee in a pan,mix well and heat.Keep stirring till it forms a mass and leaves pan.Switch off. Prepare the filling by taking 1 tbsp from the prepared coconut mass and add it along with chopped nuts and gulkhand and mix well. Now take equal lemon sized balls from the coconut mass and filling.Take a coconut lemon sized mass and flatten it,keep the ball of filling in it and slowly roll in your palms and cover the filling,seal and shape laddoo and roll in dessicated coconut.Likewise do with the rest. Your delicious Coconut gulkhand ladoo is ready😋 Store in airtight container for 2 days.Then refrigerate for further use.
