Sweet creamcheese samosa

 Recipe
Ingredients

 Spring roll or samosa sheets-2 (cut into 3 thin stripes each.I used springroll sheet)
Block creamcheese-3 cut into half in triangle shape

 Sealing batter
All purpose flour-2tbsp
Water as needed to make a glue like batter

Sugar syrup
Sugar-1/4cup
Water-1/4cup

Garnish
Crushed pistachios

 Method

 Sealing batter Mix flour with needed water to make a glue like consistency batter.

 Sugar syrup

 Boil sugar and water till sugar dissolves and comes to a roaring boil.Switch off flame.

Samosa

 Take the cut stripes of springroll or samosa sheet and fold as shown in the picture keeping cut triangles of cream cheese and sealing ends with sealing batter we have prepared. Heat oil in pan and fry the samosas flipping sides till golden brown and cooked. Dip them in sugar syrup for less than a minute and take out.Sprinkle crudhed pistachios and serve😋 Your delicious sweet creamcheese samosa is ready😋💖
