Mangopori/Mango fry

 Ingredients
 Mango sliced -10 pieces
All pupose flour-1/2cup
 Rice flour-2tbsp
Turmeric powder-a pinch
 Sugar-3tbsp
Black sesame seeds-a pinch (optional)
 Salt a pinch
 Water as needed

 Method
 Prepare semi thick batter by mixing flours,sugar,turmeric powsee,sesame seeds and salt adding needed water.Heat oil in pan and dip the mango slices in batter and fry flipping sides till cooked. Your yummy Mango fry/Mango pori is ready😋
